Tips on How Use Your Subconscious to Find Solutions to Your Problems

Tapping Subconscious mind

Did you know that learning how to use your Subconscious mind is like discovering the huge amount of wisdom, knowledge, and memories within you? That’s because your conscious mind is like the small tip of an enormous pyramid of information and knowledge that you have. Tapping into your subconscious mind can unleash your true potential, and help you find solutions to your problems.

It sounds really strange, but it’s true that the less you think about finding a solution to your problems, the more easily the solutions come to you. Why?  Because buried in your subconscious mind is your beliefs and paradigms (all your habit and life experience stored there from when you were a child).   That information and knowledge is all sitting in there.  the problem is our conscious mind (our thinking mind) is so noisy with all it’s thoughts at times, it doesn’t allow you to hear that inner voice, aka your intuition,

In this post, let me share with you some tips on how you can access your subconscious mind so you could utilize all the knowledge and wisdom that you’ve got.

1. Meditate to find yourself.

Among the different ways of tapping into your subconscious mind, I would say that the simplest and most effective way is to meditate. What meditation does is take you into your deeper consciousness, so you could enter a state of being that is similar to dreaming. When you meditate, your brain patterns slow down, the external noise fades away, and it even becomes easier to gain access to the power of positive thoughts.

As you go into the state of meditation, you will notice that random thoughts just keep popping into your head. Amazingly, these thoughts are not random at all. Instead, these are the thoughts of your subconscious mind that’s starting to enter your conscious mind.  By being more aware of these thoughts, you will be able to find logical solutions to the current dilemmas and problems you are faced with.

2. Allow your creativity to flow.

Our subconscious prefers to communicate with us without the use of words, because words are a tool used by the logical and conscious mind. Your subconscious actually prefers sounds, music, and images, because it works by association. Thus, it is important to access your creative side so your subconscious may freely express itself. By nurturing and cherishing your creativity, you may live much closer to your subconscious self.

3. Trust your instincts.

When you are confronted with a problem, surrounded with negativity, or trying to make an important decision, it would help if you could use the power of positive thoughts, which is possible when you tap into your subconscious mind.

Whenever you talk to yourself, you are actually trying to access your subconscious, and you’re trying to find the answers that you need. This is when you start to have the ‘feeling’ that you’ve found the solution or the right decision. In such cases, you should always follow your instincts because it’s your subconscious talking to you.

When you finally find a way to unlock your subconscious mind, you will be amazed by the mental and emotional transformation you will go through.

By the way I will be in New York (well not that huge of a deal as I am literally 3 miles across the border in CT), so if you’re looking talk or need from an experienced life coach New York then feel free to reach out.

I’ll show you how you can live your life in tune with your subconscious mind.
