Don’t hate on Mondays!
For so many years I dreaded Monday’s. I dreaded and couldn’t stand going to work. I wished, prayed and dreamt of not having to go to the office and all I wanted was a life of Freedom.
The problem was I didn’t know how to get out of my type of job, nor did I know what to do and I had little confidence in my ability outside of my skill set that I had at the time.
It was only years later, that I realized that I had to make the change, that it wouldn’t just happen and also there was no rush. As long as I took that negative Monday feeling and shifted my thinking to what I WANTED and NOT what I didn’t want, that meant I was moving in the right direction.
I used that Monday discomfort as a motivator to speed up making small positive adjustments and changes in my life so that I could move closer to living what I wanted to do.
So whatever you dislike about Monday’s and wish you could be doing instead, well use that to write out what you want.
Then everyday do a little something to get you moving in the direction of what you want.
