Choices Create Our Life Experiences
Everyday is a fresh start no matter what happened in the past. The power is in the present moment.
When we wake up we are blessed with choices – our own free will. What are we going to do today? Are we just going to do the same old, same old? Are we just going to wake up at the same time? Drink our favorite same old drink? Drive the same way to work? Eat the same old breakfast? Do the same work routine and have the same old conversations? Are we going to rush home the same way and sit down and have our favorite same old dinner and watch the same old TV shows and then go to bed at the same time, only to wake up and do it all over again?
Or are we going to paint our canvas a new color? Shake up our routine, live life a little more. Do something kind and special for someone. Drive a completely different way to work and stop and grab your coffee somewhere completely different. When your work colleagues ask you to come down to lunch, say no thanks I am stepping out today. I am going somewhere new.
We have a blank canvas to paint EVERY single day. Be aware of that today. Make an impact on yourself and others today. Go and create your life experience the way YOU WANT IT.
We can make the mundane and routine exciting and fresh and fulfilling. We just have to choose to do so.
I challenge you today, to make this day a beautiful painting filled with love, kindness, adventure, gratitude, peace, joy, aliveness, spirit, patience, happiness, generosity and freedom!
