The career, the business, the family, the reputation. By every external measure, it's working. People admire what you've created. And yet there's a quiet, persistent feeling you can't quite shake — a sense that all this momentum is carrying you somewhere you never actually chose to go.
You're not broken. You're not ungrateful. You're just awake enough to notice that the life you built and the life you actually want may not be the same thing.
Most of the advice you've heard tells you to do more. Optimize harder. Build better systems. Scale. Push through the wall.
But what if the wall isn't a performance problem? What if it's a signal — your life telling you that the operating system you've been running was installed by someone else, a long time ago, and it's no longer serving who you're becoming?
The work I do sits at the intersection of two things most people keep separate: the inner work of understanding who you actually are beneath the roles, the titles, and the conditioning — and the outer work of building a business and life that's genuinely aligned with that truth.
This isn't about slowing down. It's not about abandoning ambition. It's about redirecting all that drive and capability toward something that actually matters to you, rather than toward a version of success that someone else defined.
I started my career in investment banking in London. ING Barings. Deutsche Bank. Lehman Brothers. I know the world of high stakes, long hours, and the quiet belief that if you just keep performing, the fulfillment will eventually arrive.
It didn't.
So I pivoted. Built a marketing agency from scratch. Grew it over 14 years to 62 clients, a full team, over $2M in revenue. I was running marketing systems for businesses across the US and Europe, managing serious ad budgets, building real results for real companies.
From the outside, everything was working. From the inside, I'd built another machine that needed me in it every single day just to keep running. My health was suffering. My relationships were strained. I was successful and exhausted — and those two things shouldn't live in the same sentence.
So I made the decision that terrified me. I deliberately closed the agency. Not because it failed. Because it was succeeding in all the wrong ways.
I rebuilt. Smaller. Leaner. Aligned. Today I serve as a fractional CMO for an Inc 5000 company, teach marketing to cohorts of 100+ students, and most importantly — I built a life I'm not trying to escape. I surf most mornings. I'm present for my son. I do work that actually matters to me.
I'm not telling you this to impress you. I'm telling you because I've been exactly where you are. I know what it costs to keep running. And I know what's on the other side when you finally stop.
I work one-on-one with a small number of men who are ready to stop performing and start building from alignment. The work is private, direct, and built entirely around your situation.

One-on-one. Built around your life. No groups. No generic playbook.
20+ years of practice. Real frameworks. Lived, not borrowed.
Your business gets better because you get clearer. Not because you work harder.
I work one-on-one with a small number of men who are ready to stop performing and start building from alignment. The work is private, direct, and built entirely around your situation.
This work is for men who are already successful — and ready to ask the harder question: successful at what, and for whom?
If you're like me, you probably never felt comfortable following the status quo and just getting a job and following the masses. You feel uncomfortable in a 9-5 and just going through the motions of life.
Deep down, you feel a desire and calling for more...freedom, creativity, and connections with life. It's not driven by ego, but rather exploring who you really are, what you want to create, and being in alignment with that.
If you want to build a business that provides you the vehicle to achieve that and live a life that you are not trying to escape, let me help you get there.
