I AM. Two of the most powerful words you can say.
Because you are essentially affirming what you are with the words that follow the I AM.
So what are you choosing to say? I AM…so lazy, so fat, so scared, so tired, so fed up, so depressed, so unworthy, so lonely,
I AM never going to get that job, I AM never going to be able to so this, I AM not qualified enough, I AM not knowledgeable, I AM so angry, I AM such a loser….
What you are doing is essentially building your self-image and you are doing this sub consciously. By consciously affirming those words aloud or in your head you are just feeding your subconscious mind. Your sub conscious mind holds your self-image, your self-esteem, your paradigms and habits and ultimately defines your actions and therefore your results.
By repeating negative statements over and over, you are affirming that you are not good enough and unworthy, and there is no way you can FEEL good about yourself from that point.
As you feel this way about yourself and life, you will start attracting events, circumstances and people into your life that reaffirm and match your sub-conscious beliefs about yourself.
So start changing your I AM. I AM capable, I AM a success, I AM so talented, I AM kind, patient, grateful, generous, beautiful. I AM perfect the way I AM.
I AM in the right place doing the right thing, I AM blessed, I AM so creative, I AM fearless, I AM so happy, joyful, loving. I AM perfect.
