The 4 Pillars of Health and Wellness

Living a life of Health and Wellness requires a holistic lifestyle. That doesn’t simply mean you need to eat more greens, but rather it means we have to examine our entire lifestyle.

There are 4 pillars to a Healthy and Fulfilling life.

Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.

Too often we focus solely on our body. We take more supplements, more medicine, drink more green juices and have more healthy meals, but that does’t mean more Health!

You cannot have good health if your mind is filled with negative thoughts, fear, worry and low self esteem.

You cannot thrive if your emotions are all over the place and you are filled with fear, anger, resentment, worry, doubt, being overwhelmed etc – no matter how healthy your diet.

You cannot have mental health if you feed your body toxins or hang around negative people, relationships or environments.

You cannot feel on purpose and aligned with Life if you have no spiritual connection to this world, whether you call that God, Jehovah, the Universe, Mother nature, the white light, life force or whatever label you apply.

So today take a little time to nourish your body with a healthy drink or meal, nourish your mind with loving and empowering thoughts to you and others, nourish your emotions by releasing those situations or thoughts that are turning your insides out and connect with your inner being, by sitting in silence, meditating or going for a walk – without all the thinking.

Every little bit of effort add’s up to real change over time.
